Return & Refund Policy
I stand behind every bottle. If something's wrong with the sauce itself — defect, spoilage, quality issue — I'll make it right.
Returns accepted within 30 days for quality issues.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Items
Only unopened bottles in their original, unaltered condition qualify for returns. All seals must be intact.
Return Process
Contact info@salamandersauce.com with your order number and reason for return. Include clear photos of the item(s). We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization.
Shipping Requirements
All return shipping is at customer expense. Items must be shipped with full tracking coverage through a recognized carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority, etc.). Requirements include:
- The tracking number must be emailed to info@salamandersauce.com immediately upon shipment
- Items shipped without tracking or with tracking numbers not provided will not be processed
Refund Terms
Upon receipt and inspection of eligible returns, we provide a 50% refund of the original purchase price. Processing takes 7-14 business days after our receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Quality Issues
If something doesn't seem right — bubbling, broken seal, off appearance — contact us within 7 days. Email info@salamandersauce.com with photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.
We'll handle it.
Damaged in Transit?
We've got you covered. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@salamandersauce.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
- Photos of the damaged bottle(s) and the shipping packaging
- Your order number and the delivery date
- Your name and shipping address
Once we receive your email, we'll get a replacement out to you right away.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened bottles, used or worn items, gift certificates, and clearance items marked as final sale.
Product Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order for desired items and process the unwanted items as a standard return.
